You can organize your community organization, family or corporate group and create an external fundraiser for collecting school supplies and uniform gift cards ($25-$30 increments for stores such as Forman Mills, Walmart and others who sell school uniform attire
You can donate gift cards for families to purchase uniform clothing ($25-$30 increments for stores such as Forman Mills, Walmart and others who sell school uniform attire)
You can make a monetary donation by mailing a check, through PayPal (look for Human Services Council, Inc.), or iGive.com (look for Human services Council, Inc.). All checks should be made payable to “Adopt-A-Family” and mailed to either location:

Adopt-A- Family is coordinated by the DHSS, Division of State Service Centers, under leadership of the Human Services Council, Inc., a 501c3 advisory board. This relationship allows for a public-private partnership that works to support families throughout the year. Adopt-A- Family is completely funded by individuals, community agencies, churches, and corporations with administrative support from DHSS/DSSC. Therefore, all donations are managed by the Human Services Council, Inc. and 100% of all donations are used to provide direct support to needy families.
